My Pregnancy Must-Haves!

Now that i’m pretty much at the end of my pregnancy (39 weeks!), I feel like I can share with confidence some things that were extremely useful throughout the entire time and hope you are not super overwhelmed with products! I remember first getting pregnant I wanted to buy anything and everything that would help my journey but suddenly felt so overwhelmed but the endless options of anything and everything! And some of the instance prices of things as well. SO I hope this list helps simplify the big important things that worked for me.

Prenatals

I did some research on which ones to take and a lot of them are great options even if they aren't on the pricier side! I opted for Mama 2 Baby because of the separate DHA + Choline add on they had to compliment. DHA + Choline is so important for babies brain, so I wanted to make sure my Vitamins had enough of that and I didn't want it mixed in with another multivitamin.

I Also added a Vitamin D for a plethora of reasons, and a Probiotic after my first trimester because TMI I was so constipated. This really helped me throughout the remainder of the pregnancy.

Obviously run this all by your Dr. I am not giving medical advice.

Rompers

Rompers are the cutest and easiest way to dress up a bump IMO. Yes, you need to pee a lot, but you also want to feel cute and these do that for me. There are high end and Amazon ones and I was fine with the Amazon ones, I loved them. For the short time we wear them I wasn’t willing to spend thousands on a wardrobe. Here’s my full list of clothing.

Workout Wear

Another Amazon find was all my workout clothing, I again didn't want to spend a ton on workout clothes that I was growing out of within months so I just sized up in a few amazon items and made them work. MY favorite were any biker shorts that supported the belly! Bra size changed so much so I was literally in all three sizes throughout the 9 months lol

Belly Oil & Lotion

I did a mix of the Hatch Oil and Jabra Almond Lotion, switching every other day will work, some days i mixed them together. I would just apply a ton every night after a shower before bed and let it soak up before putting my PJs on. I applied on my entire belly, boobs, hips and butt!

One bottle of each took me throughout the whole pregnancy and I still have leftover!
